I purchased one of those neat looking grey T shirts that say "Go Modern, Go Triumph"... In fact you can see it flash by in the motorcycle gear add just off to the left here.

During the very first wash before I even wore it all the red letters came off.

I guess I'll polish the bike with it...

Didn't your mother teach you to iron the shirt first Tommo!? You lay a cloth over the transfer and the heat will set it. You do this before the wash and it will last ages :wink:

The first thing I found out 20yrs ago when i came to the US of A is that the tumble dryer is the iron, I am the only one in my house who knows what an iron looks like.

Well see... there you have it. I learn something new every day :-D .

I'll try that on my next $25 T shirt. You can buy those shirts at your dealer (I did) and the red print is kinda neat, its almost a velour texture. Better use Steve's trick or you will be picking the velour out of the washer...
