I am installing a PCIII Triumph model mapping installed. Will this help?

It will help,but it will not get rid of the torque limit in the first three gears
|

With tuneboy, you can open the seondary throttle plates all the way in all gears.

Does Tune Boy work even while I have my PCIII installed?

yes you can install the power commander and use a modified tune boy tune that opens the secondaries corrects the speedo error and advances the timing in lower gears...
