Well it is done!
Here is what I have:
K&N air filter
Maddog Pipes
Power Commander III
ECU tune 56
Baseline run was 136hp, 139.7# torque, 60F, low humidity
After tuning was 146.8hp, 150# torque, 60F, low humidity
All I can say is what a ride!
Anyone intrested in having this done, DO IT! You won't be sorry and it is worth the money. I wish I had some MPG to report but before the Dyno it sucked. I will keep everyone posted on how it has changed.
The dyno itself cost $150 dollars. Anyone living close to western PA and is interested let me know. Everyone else I contacted about having this done was $250 or more.

Did you install the PCIII or did the Dynojet Center do it? Was it a Triumph dealer? Can you have this done at any Dynojet center? Do you need any special software for the Triumph PCIII? Did they tune your PCIII with a programmed run or do each cell manually?
Can you post the power and torque curves? Does it run smoother than before?

I installed my PCIII with the instructions from the other Rocket III forum, recommended read. It came with a tune in it from the dealer I purchased it from. The Triumph tune should be the stock tune, but I had idle problems with it so I went with the 56 tune. This tune is close to what I had on the bike (pipes ect..). Like I said, my MPG went to S**t with the 56 tune. My map was done cell by cell and can't wait to see how my MPG has changed.

Was it a Triumph dealer who dynoed the bike? Does it matter than it's a Triumph? Could I bring it to a Honda shop with a DynoJet?
I didn't follow what you meant about the Triumph tunes. DynoJet provides tunes for various exhaust configuration, for which they did dyno runs. For these tunes to work on your bike, you have to have the same Triumph base tune as the bike DynoJet used to create their overlay.

The shop that tuned my bike was not a Triumph dealer. I would think anyone with a Dynojet can tune a Power Commander. I'm no expert but if you are getting a custom map like I did, any authorized Dynojet tuner can do it.
If your PCIII is installed already don't worry about the Triumph ECU tune. The custom map will be modified from it.
The only time the Triumph tune will matter is if you are going to run one of the 4 maps that come with PCIII. Reason being that any of the 4 PCIII maps are based off of the Triumph ECU as a stock bike. So for expample, if you are running tune 56?? from Triumph (runs richer) and tune 4 from PCIII for the Jardine pipes (richer yet, based off of stock bike).
You will be running very rich and your MPG will suffer.
I hope I have answered all of your questions. I am sure everything I stated is correct. If not someone will correct me.
