The only "special edition" on record , Rocketspyder, WAS the mainland UK- only 2005 dressed-up standard Rocket, i.e. with factory-installed windshield, sissy bar and luggage rack, leather bags, tribal red or black finish plus boards in lieu of pegs.
As far as I know (your post reads a bit cryptic, doesn't it?), TODAY, i.e. one model year later, "special edition" refers only to two optional paint jobs, a special (not "standard" Cardinal Red) burgundy red and a unique blue hue, available at an extra cost for the "standard" (vs "Classic") Rocket.
Seat or seats unchanged ex-factory.
Now , dealers around the world (German Triumph dealers being prominent in the specialty game) might occasionally issue " local, limited editions", with various degrees of added value to the ex-factory configuration or appearance.
Hope this, somehow, helps
