I am thinking of asking for new mirrors for my Rocket for my birthday in couple of months. Any suggestions from anyone?

I don't have idea what is out there to fit these bikes. All I know is I am not wild about the little round stock ones.

I put Kuryakyn Magnum mirrors with long stem on. I had them on since last summer. They look very cool but I thought they were a bit small so I put the stock mirrors back on to compare. Haven't decided which works better yet.

I actually don't mind the stock mirrors, which is funny because my TBS had the same mirrors and I HATED them on that bike. They looked like Mickey Mouse ears.
With the dual headlights though, they seem to fit and I have no trouble seeing behind me.
There are some really cool designed mirrors out there though, so that would definitely make a great b-day present!

I'm more interested in having a big field of view than cool mirrors. I don't like moving my head around and adjusting the mirrors to see.

The stock mirrors work better than my Kuryakyn Magnums, which I got with flat, not convex glass. If you want to see with small mirrors, get them convex.

Yeh I saw some with flames in a catalog. Luckily my honey pointed out that they weren't very big. I just assumed they would be. Oh well. Might go with the ovals. But was really hoping for some with flames on them or shaped liked flames? But I definatley don't want little bitty ones. I just have never really like the stock ones. But have looked around in all the catalogs we get and haven't found something that hit me right. And was worried about the connections. Are they all standard? For some reason was thinking they aren't. I saw some in JC Whitney that kind of hit me right but don't think they are big enough. I am trying to remember what they called them. Maybe cut out?

Hey Sunshine, how about those nice Rivco numbers with the LED flashers built into front and back. They're not tiny either which is a bonus.

PS I read about some headlight modulators that make cages pull aside and let you through. Can anyone tell me where to source these suckers! Davo
