Hey... I heard this on the news...

A lady is driving along in her car and has a horrible accident. Her right arm is severed in the wreck. The police find her arm down in the ditch, her hand still tightly clutching her cellphone....

Then some guy saw it and took it. He got charged with armed robbery. :-D :-D :-D

I heard the same thing. I guess there was an off duty emt that witnessed it and stopped. She is going to survive.
