In response to what seems to be a newfound interest in the above, the supplier is Mr Fritz Rebholz, info@palatina-motorradwerkstatt.de

Have already tried to respond directly to the few PM inquiries I got from fellow Rocket Scientists. Note that, as far as I could detect, Herr Rebholz only speaks German.
