Has anyone with Jardine pipes tried these? If so did you have to make any adjustments?

No, they will not work "as is". You will have to drill out one or both of the holes and make modifications to get them to fit flat.

Is it still worth doing or does drilling out the holes ugly up the look?

Looks just fine! Didn't know any adjustments had to be done but two of our friend has them on their bikes. My bike has them but not the Jardines.
