Seems if you want the best comfort Russell is the one. They seem out of place on the Rocket. The Corbin's look great but comfort appraisals are inconsistent enough to keep my distance. I'm probably going to try the "Aqua-Aire" pad which is part air and water. You just place it on the seat but remember not to sit up or kiss it goodbye. I believe it comes with straps. Every person i read that tried the Aqua-Aire saw doubling to quadrupling of the time it takes "monkey butt" to set in. One reviewer noted no difference. At around 30 bucks it's worth a shot.

I have a Corbin Fastgun... I kind of like it. I can go for three to four hours before "monkey butt" vs. about 45 minutes with the stock seat. The Progressives help in this area also.
I first bought the Corbin Solo with the backrest. I didn't really care for it as it put me lower than I wanted and the backrest dug into my back. It was a huge improvement from stock but not perfect. I saved all my pennies and went with the Russell with backrest. I had them make it so it moved me 1" closer to the bars. The seat is great! It looks much different then anything out there and kind of grows on you. I had them also build the passenger seat so my wife now loves to ride with me. If you go to the Russell site you can see my bike with the seat they made for me. It's the Graphic/gray R3.
The Russell seat really made the R3 a joy to ride for long distances-
