Hi all. New to the board and am looking to get a new Rocket in the next few weeks. I read everyones post on the 440s and was wondering if that is the only model of progressive that will fit the Rocket. I have a set of 412s and was wondering if anyone recommended them. Also has anyone replaced the front springs with progressive? Talking to RPM cycle in Dallas about a new Rocket does anyone have any feed back on them or recommend anyone else? Sorry for all the questions and Thanks in advance for your replys. Future Rocket owner

I just bought my Rocket from RPM Cycles New Years weekend. Quick, easy, and painless. They are a good bunch of people with ALOT of Triumph history and have eveb played a big part in that history.

The stock shocks are pretty stiff in comparison to, well, most anything. But, I'm giving them a chance, and they really don't bother me now, except on the real sharp bumps. I need to lower the pre-load and see if that helps also.

I think Aussiedave said the 412s are exactly the same as the 440s except half the price. My mechanic advised me to soften the stock shocks a notch before changing to Progressives.
