How do you post a pic here?

I hate to seem like an idiot, [you would think I would be used to it by now!] but how do you go about getting a pic from your hard drive to post here? :???:

You need to upload the pic on your own personal web space then link to it here.

Press the image button, paste in link and voila...

Is this the same as starting your own member maintained album uploading pictures to it, and inserting the URL for the picture into a message?

Open the pic in your album. Right click the pic, choose properties...that will give you the URL, the paste that URL in the impage box when you post.

Well guys, I guess I am an idiot! I don't have any
"Personal Webspace" [Whatever the hell that is.] Also, when I right click the pic in my photo album, there is nothing about properties either.

I'll just stick to riding the @#%$& thing! :razz:

Nah! Click "Photo Albums" under features on the list to the left. The 3rd entry down is "Member Maintained Albums". That paragraph tells you where to go to get your own album, to which you can upload picture files from your computer. Then you can follow ugarte's instructions to insert your album pictures into messages, i.e., when you're looking at the picture in your album, right click on it and "copy image location", then below the message editor box, click the image button and paste that location into the space that opens up.

Got it! Posted the pic to my pictures under yahoo, then right clicked to get properties and copyed and pasted url.
Easy huh? :razz:
