Without that ugly green thing in the front, we could see that beautiful garage door behind.

Nice job Jamie

Thanks Tomo.

Already got 3 phone calls from folks wanting the same carbon mini guard and gaiters, or at least wanting info about them. So: Price is about USD 400 for all three pieces (unpainted, obviously)... production/shipping time is 3-4 months... dealings have to be in German (and I eventually found out that mine ain't good enough!) ... one has got to be armed with patience.... and, yes, quality is excellent.

What else? Ah, yes, my guard is non-standard (so to speak, for Palatina) in that the regular (ditto) unit has a baked-in kind of bracket or gate on the top of it to re-route the brake lines, apparently in order to accomodate Palatina's low, flat bars. That gate had to be shaved on mine and the resulting hole patched up with fresh carbon. Finally, please note that installing these 3 pieces is not exactly a bolt-on affair. I had to experiment with all sorts of washers for a proper fit-up. And I have yet to find out whether that fit-up is durable (given the RIII propensity to lose its hardware) or not...Still interested? Are you sure?

If so, PM me and I'll direct you to a compatriot friend of mine who speaks both English and German fluently, who is in business touch with Palatina and who might help coordinate your needs.

Enough amateurish forays of mine into RIII customizing this year!

Season' s Greetings to all. Jamie
