I'll have you know that my dear old grandmother from Yorkshire taught my own mother to make the best Yorkshire pudding imagineable. Dripping with gravy, the middle squares were always the best! Soft and chewy. Havn't had it for years, in fact, the young ones today wouldn't know what the stuff was! Gettin all dribbly at the mouth jus thinkin about it!
