I'll be needing a watertight color-matched locking tail trunk that'll hold at least a full face helmet, jacket and all of my camping gear. Chop chop Triumph, let's get right on this. :-D

I am looking at some dakota gauges (digital/ blue) multi readouts on one gauge. They look good and do not take up a lot of space. I am also sending the seat to California to be redone. Better padding, suspension and leather cover. By the end of the winter I am sure I will have dropped a couple of grand on odds and ends.. lol

I would like a shorter rear fender.I have seen some that have been cut but from the side they seem to stick out to far.I have made a side number plate bracket and fitted the standard number plate light on it .I finished the top off the light off with stainless steel looks good.Ive orderd my Tbars but now want some mirrors that will fit the hole for the standards. If the had made it 8or10 mm it would have been easy to get some.Thats Triumph for you .You cant get nothing for the rocket in the UK.They are only built here.Thank god for the states. :hammer:[*]null

I have started looking at wireless communication systems. Has anyone purchased one recently and if so how do you like it? Lee

Nolan make a brilliant system for use with their new N102 flip-up line of helmets. Michelle and I use it and find it excellent. The other day I was filling up the bike at the bowser while she waited in the queue inside to pay. She asked from inside the shop if we needed to take some cash out with the gas purchase! The girl at the counter wondered who she was talking to! davo

There is more information available at www.nolan.it

WINDSHIELD Hey everyone, so I want to put a windshield on my R3 Classic that can be put on or taken off with relative ease but everything I look at is either too bulky looking or not a good fit-up. Found a company in Georgia called Parabellum and they make what looks like some real nice windshields for other bikes so I asked them if they plan to make any for the R3 and they said they would if they could have an R3 for a couple of days to do the fit-up. So the deal is that if anyone would like to donate their bike for a few days they would give them a free windshield when production starts. I would gladly do it but living in CT. has some logistic problems and if I'm going to travel that far I want the windshield first. You can go on the web at Parabellum.com or call 706-864-8051
The address is 82 Spring Rd. Dahlonega, Ga. 30533
All I get out of this is a chance to buy a decent windshield but you can tell them Todd told you about them and maybe the'll give me discount. Good Luck, Touko

Im Looking for a switch for my side-stand, that turns the headlights off.
Side-stand up = headlights ON
side-stand down = headlights OFF
this is for reasons of tuning/working on the Rocket while in the garage,
& in some countries like Australia it is not compulsory to ride with lights on.

How about a set of adapters that will allow aftermarket pegs varieties?

I've been looking for replacement pegs for the R3, but I have yet to find anyone that make a peg to fit the stock Triumph.

chrome - need it, want it

Need chrome neck, chrome bullets for the end of the front forks, chrome line fasteners to replace the ugly non-functioning plastic ones. Chrome switch housing and chrome brake cylinder (not just a cap that won't look right with all the black stuff).
My 2 cents.
