I assume the 04 and 05 Rockets come with the same license plate bracket as the 06. The bracket has two sets of mounting holes at the bottom. I removed the bottom reflector then used a hack saw to cut between the two sets leaving a much higher mounted license plate. I left the lights alone.

Seems very similar to Rivco other than the placement of the turn signals…And Its FREE!

Hey, 'noob, see http://www.triumphrat.net/modules.ph...32512&forum=46

I'm also trying to ascertain the difference as far as plate height between free and Rivco. I don't see how it can be any higher and be clearly legal.

Are you liking the floorboards on your fast black Rocket?

Doh! :-x

Love the bike, getting more used to it each day. The floorboards give me much more diverse and comfortable riding positions. I've purchased and installed headlight modulators and really notice a difference, I've blackened out the radiator screens to help the black theme flow better, and now I can see my big rear end! Fun fun fun!

This just kills me.... why do they put "MC" on motorcycle plates? You can't tell from being half the size of car, trailer, and truck plates that they are motorcycle plates? Plus the fact they are bolted to a motorcycle? I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but even I have this one figured out... :hammer:
