Yup, what Ugarte said. Been using it since new. Use Ansoil in all of my stuff......I'm a dealer too.

this is a little old but my amsoil rep said to use 20/50 amsoil motorcycle oil... i hear the amsoil racing oil is good also but haven't heard for sure. :???:

Wouldn't your choice of grades eg 10/40 or 20/50 etc depend on where you live ie, close to the Equator or close to Canada? So long as the brand used was a good quality but then how would you know other than watching TV ads!!

S'pose if all else fails, one could go by the mftr's recomendation!

Me, I just use the same oil I use in all our road bikes, that is Motul 3000 4T Mineral or Motul 5100 synthetic for the HP motors such as the high reving off-road enduro bikes. Been using the 3000 for years and generally sell bikes at up to 130,000 km (80,000m). Never had a problem.
