Could anyone who has fitted Kuryakin Iso Grips to their Rocket, please advise what part number is the correct one or will the universal model adapt to fit on?

Was there any problem fitting and any difference in vibration through the handlebars after fitting, and do you like them?

Has anyone fitted other grips they would recommend.

Appreciate any feedback at all on this topic.

Cheers, Bill

I just fitted aftermarket foan harley grips and they are very comfortable and not slippery like the originals. I fitted iso grips to my VTX and loved them.

Thanks Doc, sounds a good presciption.

A mate has the Iso's on his Valkyrie and they look great and he also likes the feel of them too.

Just wanna make sure I have the best options at hand and the advice of the other brain surgeons and rocket scientists on this forum before making decision on the operation....... :-D :-D :-D

I put a set of the Universals 1" on and to say the least, they were a *****.

The left grip is a snap, but the throttle sleeve is manufactured with little "nubbies" that interlock with the stock Grip. I removed all of theses with a dremel and the sanded down the sleeve so that I could get the grip on. do NOT use the glue on the right grip. You'll never get it on. just push and push and it'll get there. the tightness will do the rest. If you have any questions, let me know

I have the Kuryakin Iso grips but also Harley Road King Classic bars.

I love the grips.
