Hey Davo,

I am in Mwanza, Tanzania in East Africa.

no fish biting, crocs are though. Lake Victoria here, crocs take an average of 300 people a year........mostly women and kids who have to get water for drinking and cooking.....
have always got a sharp eye out when on the kayak......

Missing Cath and the bike. Arrive back home on the 5th October. Hopefully you will have installed your new Rocket rear tyre changing machine then. :-D :-D :-D

Bigwilly... Is it true that Hippo's kill more people in Africa than croc's? My old man had a mango farm up on the Daly river in the Northern Territory... Biggest Croc I have seen up there was six meter's (20 ft)

Yep, thats true Steve

Hippos are at the top of the list. Never get between one and the water if they are feeding on dry land, but also very protective of young in the water. Lots of horror stories from mates in Zambia about their antics on the Zambezi river.

Am 2 hours drive from the Serengeti here, and not a Rocket 111 for many thousand kms. These roads would be the ultimate testing ground, would need Progressive shocks for sure here.... :-D
