I bought a 2005 Rocket III last Saturday. Does anyone know if anyone besides Corbin make seats for them? I don't see anything I like at their website. I want comfort because I plan on lots of miles. Average 11,000 per year.

Oh and mine is faster than all of your red and black ones. Ha ha.

I have the yellow flames.

Optional, i.e. x-tra cost, Triumph gel seats praised by lots of touring riders. Suggest you scroll back. Gut and butt feel aplenty.

I did 15K in my first 12 months of ownership and I use the Triumph gel seat. Ogre has done even more miles than that in his first 12 months and he uses a Corbin. I saw a posting a while back that someone is getting a Day-Long seat made which from what I hear is the best custom seat you can get so expect to pay some bucks for that.

Thanks I will check them out. Does anyone know if the progressive shocks I have ordered will help the smoothness of my ride. I rode last weekend down some roads I had been on before on prior bike and it about rattled me to death. Gotta remember to have more support next time.

Also do some fairly long roadtrips and after getting the Triumph solo gel seat (wife thinks 4 blocks is a roadtrip so don't need the dual) I finally ended up sending the stock seat off to Russell Day-Long to be rebuilt into a real touring seat. The gel seat is better than the stock but still not right for my butt on long trips, maybe it is for somebody else's. Day-Long is what I recommend if you're serious. Don't have it yet but based on 2 others I've gotten from them in the past for other bikes, they can't be beat.
