New R3 owner - Questions

Greetings, new R3 owner here. Need opinions on a couple of mods. (My nearest dealer is 125 miles away !)

Pillion/Passenger Seat - Have searched for options, seem the only economical choice I have for just the pillion seem to be the Triumph Gel Seat ? - How much difference over stock does this offer to the female tush ?

TOR - Triumph off Road Pipes - Cannot seem to find a decent sound clip anywhere, anyone have one ? Or maybe let me listen their set up over the phone ? Of course on my dime.

Have cat crossover pipe already installed (no box) - If installing TOR's is it absolutely necessary to have new tune ? Have tune 20055 now.

I bought the dual gel seat after complaits from my better half, and both she and my lower parts are better off now. Less vibrations and overall better comfort
Mind You, we are no touring freaks though.
Compared to other, aftermarket, seats I have seen it is definitely worth the money.
TORs Am I not familiar with, but I run Staintune, an aussie system with 20054 map. With cat gone there was a vast improvement in power (and sound) My album
