It seems that everyone on the forum likes the 440's for the bike. Would those using them "weigh" in just one more time?

Thanks for the info

Will those weighing in please comment on recommendations for regular or HD

Progressive says HD is best if over 200 lbs and with a passenger

I weigh 230 lbs and don''t always carry a passenger

Some have reported the HD to be too stiff

Opinions welcomed.

I'm about 200 lbs, always run solo and I have the standard Progressive 440 on the bike.
There are stiff, even on the softest setting.

So I can't imagine what Heavy duty could be....

I weigh about 225 lbs (but its a dry heat) and have the standard 440s set on one and they be just fine for me. If you put the standards on setting five even this girl could ride it...

I can only guess that the heavy duties would be a jarring ride even set on the softest setting.

"who's out there that has put the 440 4209C that normally fits valkyrie onto their rocket? "

Easier to ask, "who HASN'T?"
That's what everybody uses.

That not right ! On the Progressive home page you will see an application finder where you will find all shocks available for the R III.

***** Dragon, that was one funny outburst! (Which I totally agreed with.) I almost upchucked coffee and yogurt all over my keyboard! But I had already done that after viewing that picture of Tomo's new girlfriend...
