I received my power commander and installed it this morning. So now my bike has three upgrades. Power commander, K&N air filter and Jardine pipes. Before the power commander the bike ran OK but had the popping on deceleration which was yuck!

Now it runs great with the PC and Jardine Map! Power commander stopped the popping and gave just a slightly lower note on the exhaust, like it could get any lower with these pipes. :-D

I just love parking this bike. It sets off all the car alarms as I idle in to park and then when I start up again.

I installed my Dyno Jet power commander on 7.7.05
Performance upgrades: Power commander III, NGK Iradium plugs, K&N air filter and Jardine Rumblers. Before the power commander the bike was starving for gas at WOT and had the popping on deceleration. now the bike runs cooler and has (((no))) poping and is alot faster then before
:horns:

By the way, I had a fire that burned a portion of my garage.
My bike w/ the jardines made it out ok. The factory 3 pipe exhaust got burned.
Oh well, Good Riddance!!! :hammer:

I have the PowerCommander with the Jardine Map but still have my 3 tor pipes and the Jardine maps works great with my setup as well. Haven't calculated the mileage on gas yet to compare map 3, anyways runs much smoother on accel and no matter which map all popping on decel gone with o2 sensor installed.

I will be filling up the tank today as I go home from work. I will keep records and find out what kind of gas mileage she is getting and compare it to the stock bike which gave me 32-34 mpg. It will be interesting to see what she gets now. :-D

Everyone with a Rocket knows what it is like with 3 pipes, but not everyone knows what is is like with 2 pipes. The price of the privileged few.

Hey rktmn3 and other "two pipers"

I think from here-on-in we should keep the secrets of Jardines to ourselves. I enjoy riding a truly unique scooter and now the Jardines make the unique Rocket even more unique.
Lets not tell ANYBODY that the Jardines add yet another dimension to a motorcycle that has more dimensions than a motorcycle has the right to have.
I also DO NOT want to offend Dragoneye any further as it seems he has become the de-facto President of the US Chapter of the Jardine Haters Club.
Let three pipers languish in their fantasy land of appropriate Rocket exhausts as Black Rockets dwell in their misguided, confused and hyper-sensitive belief that black is a righteous color for a Rocket.

Name withheld to protect my identity.......
