where engine mounts to frame on the bottom rear,
there are two hole under the engine mount, on the frame

Any body know what they are for?

looks like a lift point or...................

or maybe the center stand idea did not work

My guess would be that they are there to assist in production of the motorsickle... but thats just a guess...

It's funny you should bring this up. I just installed the de-cat kit and was wondering how one could make a lift that would use those holes. Seems it would be a way to get the rear wheel off the ground.

You can buy what they call a paddock stand that fits those holes. See Jack Lilley's website.

I use the jack Lilly stand also, easy to get the bike on the stand just step on the bar and up she goes, it just clears the bug bags, to remove it you need help or jury rig a extender bar to bring it down, think of it as a removable center stand :-D
