Rocket Stands out Among Victories

The past week end I went to a Victory rally in New Hampshire. The Rocket received many praises from people passing by. While Victory makes a fine bike it does not fill the needs of a Rocket rider at least as the primary bike. I have put a lot of miles on my Rocket over this past summer even with all the rainy days. I was forunate enought to have great weather in Nova Scotia doing Cabot's trail.

I will never part with my Rocket it is just too good a bike.

I also won the drawing for a Victory name and logo blanket that everyone there was raffling for. It figures the one guy with a Triumph wins it.

I think that's called "celebrating diversity." Sounds like you had a great time up there, Lee.

Just to add to the story, My mate brought a Buell to blow the rocket off . I had the pleasure to tell him he wasted his money after a couple of runs!

I do admire Victory for going head to head with Harley. My second BMW had the old frame mounted Vetter fairing, so I also admire Victory for their forward looking styling.

And I completely agree with you, I can't imagine not having a Rocket.
