Thumbs down radiator (yuk)

My baby's radiators leaking, about two years ago I had my bike at erico motorsports in denver, had it in for servicing and the day after I picked it up I noticed, as it was warming up it was leaking antifreez from the bottom of the left side of the radiator, so I immediately called erico and took it back to them so they could inspect for problems, they kept the bike over night and late the next day I was told that they tested for leaks and found nothing, told me that the leaking was probably due to them topping off the radiator while they serviced it the day before, (sounds good!) told me not to worry about it in less it kept doing it,(now I need to say that as the bike warmed up the leak did stop and by the time I got it to erico it wasnt leaking anymore) so I belived what I was told and went on my happy way! well over the next 2 years it would leak, ONCE IN A WHILE, and not much of a leak (a few drops as it would warm up and once warm it always stops) well now its doing it more often, so I pulled the cover off and waited till this morning and went to start it and BINGO it started to leak and I can see that its coming from the bottom of the attachment thats welded on to the top of the radiator next to the cap, the attachment is for the radiator's cover(where the nuts screw into)! well I call erico to get there opinion and a phone number to triumphs main headquarters, so I can call and see if this might be a recall thing, (ONE CAN ONLY HOPE) as I'm telling them about it, the guys going over my history and tells me that he see's nothing about my bike ever having any leaking issues (WHAT)!! unbelivable, should have known that I was being lied too, at the time the service manager was a nit-witt by the name of dominck, and he lied through his teeth to me several times about other issues, he is no longer there and everyone in this service deptment seems to be thrilled about him being gone, dosent matter though, because while he was there erico acted like duminick was some sort of service god! well the idiot's been gone for well over 4 or 5 months and he's still screwing up, found out that my radiator was never actually tested, he just told me it was, so now 2 years later I get to go out and spend money, about $600 for a new radiator, (if mine cant be fixed) dammmmm!! it would have been covered by the warrenty if they would have actually, really done their testing. OK now that I've got this off my chest, anybody have any ideas on how to stop the leak without having to pull the radiator? everything is working with no over heating or warning lights,(YET) just wondering, thanks

A while back i read where some Rockets were having to replace the caps..If your not sure it's a leak in the seam give that a try..?? FYI you might want to read reviews on Five Star Dealer***** thread page 5+6.

More than likely it is the cap, but if it isn't I wouldn't spend $600 for a new one without first attempting to have the original fixed by a radiator shop.
