Laminar Lip for Rocket III Touring screen

Has anyone seen or installed a Laminar Lip for a Triumph windscreen?

I wanted a higher windshield and was looking at buying the roadster screen--I still may--when I came across this item on eBay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Laminar-Lip-for-...3286.m63.l1177

Useful? Other ideas?

It's a UK product but it may be available in the States.

I need something higher/better than the stock windshield as the buffeting is tough at 75-90 and makes the ride that much less enjoyable.

Thanks.

I had a laminar lip on my BMW R1200CLC.
It did exactly what I wanted; deflect the air over my head without having to constantly look through the windshield.
If you do buy one install it with tape and test ride to make sure you get the results you need. I only needed mine to protrude an inch or so over the stock screen.

Good info, R&R. Thanks.

I see that there's a local dealer in Santa Ana, CA, just a few miles from me. I may swing by and see their stuff first.

Here's their site: http://www.laminarlip.com/index.php

Of course, a CeeBaileys or Clearview blade isn't much more...
