Saddlebags for Rocket III

I am looking into getting saddlebags for my R3, but I would like them to be big enough to fit a half helmet. Has any of you got big saddlebags in your bike? If so, where did you buy them?
Also, any picture of saddlebags in your Rocket would be appreciated; also, any advice on this that you might have.
Thank you very much.

I bought these for over night trips, they come off and act like two suit cases. The brackets blend into the bike when you take them off also. If your a pack rat i'd advise against these though. Just enough to carry the things you need.

I have the same K-Drive bags. These are 19 liters each. There is also model HC150T2 with a capacity of about 25 liters each. Both come in synthetic Iparex.

There is currently a Rocket III on eBay that is equipped with Corbin Beetle Bags. In my opinion, they look like they were made for the R3 and are 30 liters per side. They won't hold a full face helmet, but they should hold a half helmet easily enough. Here is the link to Corbin's web site:

I can get a half helmet into my K-Drives, which are removable, unlike the Corbins, and nearly 3 times less expensive (new).

Thank you very much, guys. I am looking into the K-Drive bags.
One question though, has anybody seen the offical Triumph saddlebags that are designed for the R3? The problem is that they are expensive -800 usd- but I wonder if they are good. In the Triumph web page you can only see one picture, doesnt give details of measurements or anything.

Thanks a lot.

Maz - I originally had the Triumph bags. I didn't like the rigid mounting so took it off and mounted the bags to quickly detachable Easy Brackets. This leaves a lot of holes in the back of the bag from the original mounts. Also, the bag is not very rigid with weight in it - the bag deforms unless you reinforce the inside. Mine were stolen, so I got the K-Drives which I'm more than happy with.

These have held up well, over 20,000 miles and no sagging.
