You need Tuneboy to fatten up the L tables. Or install a PCIII and have it dyno-tuned.
I went through this with Wayne at Tuneboy several years ago and he came up with the modified L tables, which control the fuel at low throttle positions. Then I put in a PCIII O2 sensor bypass to keep the ECU from adapting. I was still getting some popping but I thought the low-end throttle response was a bit rough, I was tired of screwing around with it, so I went back to the current Triumph tune for TOR/cat bypass, except that I set the secondaries table to full power (100%

and corrected the speedo using Tuneboy. I think it runs smoother and I can live with the popping. It doesn't do any damage and it makes people take notice.
