Rivco ignition kit connectors wrong....

Bobby K Member Grand Prix 125 Favourite Bike: 2005 Rocket III Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Lynchburg, VA Posts: 35 Other Motorcycle: 1973 Triumph Tiger Extra Motorcycle: 1995 Triumph Thunderbird	Rivco ignition kit connectors wrong.... I just attempted to install the ignition switch relocation kit from Rivco. All was well until I went to plug in the extension harness. Problem is the connectors on the Rivco piece are different than what my 2005 Rocket has. Apparently when I had the "upgrade kit" installed last fall, a redesigned ignition switch connector was spliced in by the mechanic, so the Rivco connectors no longer work. I have contacted the Triumph dealer I bought the Rivco kit from, and sent an e-mail to Rivco, but I suspect it's going to be my problem to fix with a soldering iron. Just a warning to all....
