Radiator Cooling Fan

It seems that sometimes the cooling fan starts up about the time I want to rurn off the Rocket. Should I just turn off the engine or let the fan cycle and the when the fan shuts off turn off the engine ?

You can go ahead and switch the engine off whenever you are ready. If the water temperature is hot enough to be a concern, the ECU will keep the fan powered up for a while anyway. If the temperature is not high enough to pose a problem, then it won't stay on.
