Rocking III Touring heated grips

I installed the heated grips on my R3Touring this weekend and I sure like the variable switch rather than the two position switch on the R3. It looks like it belongs there instead of being some afterthought. They were not hard to install however rather than cutting off the grip I just stuck a screwdriver between it and the bar and sprayed a little WD 40 in there and the grip came off. They seem to work great so if it’s cold where you are they are a good investment.

Sounds like you're enjoying your grips as much as I do mine. That adjustment knob is so much better than a Hi/Lo switch in looks and function too. With heated gloves keeping the back of my hands warm, & the grips for my palms, I have yet for my paws to be uncomfortable.
