Coolant leak from right rear engine plug

Has anyone had coolant leaking from rear engine plug on right side about half way up on the engine? The plug is a 14mm allen drive and behind the small filler cover.

Trying to find out torque settings for the plug- if I can even get a allen drive in there- small area

I have a '06 R3 Classic. You may want to remove small side filler panel near the rear right side of engine and check.
