Best Gas Mileage Bike

What would be your choice for the best economy bike? And....it will run in the snow.

Kawasaki KLR 650... Inexpensive, can travel many types of terrain, can be set up for touring, and can keep up with traffic..

I don't know about keeping up with traffic but this bike runs on lard.

You're killing me here.

I'd be after a BMW F800S for it's economy and build quality, but the expense is off-putting. If I'm a really good boy, I can squeeze 60 mpg out of my Speedy. It's a boring ride below the speed limit, for sure.
