D1200 Indicator smashed

Hi All Smashed my front left indicator last night on my 95 Daytona as it fell off the side stand! Phoned Rafferty Newman (local Triumph dealer) this morning who told me the old T3 type indicators have been replaced with T595 type. For £26 you get a pair of new T595 type. Anyone else changed their indicators?

I have not because I never liked the look of the new ones (but the do bolt right up). They are supposed to bend a bit more before breaking but I cannot verify that. All of the signals, even the originals, are manufactured by CEV and are/were available on other brands over the years with some minor differences if you have access to someone's parts bin.

Some folks (mostly US I think), source the Buell signals (also CEV) with good reports.

The original ones are available if you look around a bit from the breakers. Sprint Manufacturing had some new ones the last time I looked and that's often the easiest, simplest route to changing out all 4. If the signal is not a total loss, the stalk, head, or lens can be replaced separately but you have to look around a bit for the parts.
