Clock fitting for a Daytona 1200

I'm sure someone out there has done this before, so here is the question

Is the digital time clock from the Sprint ST a plug and play item into the loom of the Daytona 1200? I'm sure I read somewhere that the modular design extended as far as the looms on these bikes, so will I find a plug for the clock if I start digging?

I think I will have to fit a volt meter into the other side of the fairing panels to balance things up a bit, but I just hate riding without a clock to check.

Guess I'll never be a wild hog Oh well .....

Hi Just checked in the manual and the Trident, Sprint, Speed tripple and Daytona all appear to share the same wiring loom. This loom shows a three pin connetor for a clock. So hopefully it is there somewhere.

Regards, Andy.

Hi

Fitted a 900 Trophy digital clock to a '95 Daytona 1200, i may be wrong, but from memory there were 2 wires in the loom on R/H side under tank.

Thanks People

I guess I just need to decide on whether I make a bracket for it, or fit it into the fairing infill panel
