Straight bolt up! I just did mine a few weeks ago. Put on a set of new-ish gold Tokicos. Worked well for the last 450 mile ride in the rain...

how far are people dropping the yokes down the forks?
ive rotated the rear adjuster to lower the bike at the back but havent bothered to do anything with the front yet.
handling is very laid back to say the least.
i can now see why people buy cruisers, might even buy a speedmaster at some point.

Mine is set at 30mm from the top clamp to the top of the fork tube. Not the adjuster, but the fork tube.
