Talking 1996 Sprint 900 new to me

Greetings to all, I am new to the board and a first time Triumph owner. I purchased a '96 Sprint 900 for myself recently, I am 6'5" tall and weigh around 280, I am looking for some info or suggestions on mods to get the bike to fit me and perform better. Thanks to all.

Well, I'd upgrade the suspension first, they dive a lot stock, then think about putting Tokico 6 pot calipers on, from a Huyabusa or some such donor. Then I'd perhaps put a K&N filter in it and use a real synthetic oil of the proper sort. If you care, when putting in the filter, see if the fuel screws have been adjusted, they should be uncapped if adjusted - and about 21/2 - 3 turns out. Any pics?

Add some bar risers from a Trophy.
This will raise the abrs "just enough" and you don't need to replace
cables.

Also go to Hagon's web site and have a shock built.
Not a huge amount of money, but well worth it, and do the front springs and oil also.

Change the oil and ride it.
