Sprint 900 with K&N

Hello everybody.
Question. I have a Sprint 900, modified by myself. Such as 3-in-1 Sebring and K&N. And more, see pic.

At the moment, the carbs are jetted with 45's idle and 170's main jets.
He is not running well. Has anybody some experience with this configuration, e.q. what could a better suitable jetting?

Thanks Benno
I'm looking seriously, but cannot find something specific for this model.
Search option on this forum doesn't give any suitable results.

You didn't say the model year. Earlier models had Mikuni carbs then in 1998 they switched to Kiehin carbs. 170 mains seems a bit big. My Sprint has Mikuni carbs with a K&N filter. I'm using 125 main jets with Daytona Super III mufflers. I'm not familiar with the effects of a 3 into 1 exhaust. Here's a good carb setup link, best I've found.

The 3-1 exhaust makes it very difficult to get a good setting. I did 21 runs on the dyno. Couldn't fined a good one

It's a 900 from 1994 with Mikuni's. Sorry for this missing details.

Is it a K+N filter in the standard airbox? If so, try 130 mains in the 2 outer carbs and a 125 in the middle with 42 pilots as a starting point and see how you go. Surprised Kit hasn't been on to tell you to get rid of the K+N yet....

He has k&n pod filters. But that is not the problem. The exhaust headers are the problem
