Cool what would YOU do?

hello all,

i am in the process of pulling the carbs to replace the intake boots.i have keihin carbs on my 98. previously i went 2 steps up on the main jets. that created a very good mid to top rush. what i am wondering, should i go up on the pilots also?
the only modification is the mufflers have been drilled out. stock airbox assembly(thanks Kit) . and factory air filter.

What's the plug chop look like?


How much of the bottom end have you lost? or does it feel weak on the lower end of the tach?

Seriously, how's your idle? I really am almost as big a fan of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" as I am of mods for the sake of modding.

Off could be pilots, but erratic makes me think air leak. How're your boots & vac hoses?

i am going to put new boot on, that's why i got jets too.since i am doing the dance of the airbox might as well get the most bang for my ....sweat!
