hello all
i wanted to relay my Baxter Cycle experience. i was going to use BB,but decided against it,due to the negative comments i saw here.
thursday evening(4/3) i sent an internet request. i followed up with a phone call friday mid-day. they were extremely busy and asked me to call back later.i did call back about 2 hrs later. a salesman was handling the parts calls because of their being understaffed. again he relayed being very busy and not able to check on my order. he took my name and i said i would call tuesday.
today(4/5) while at a British car show, i received a call from the same salesman. it seems he pulled my e-mail last night,check on the parts i requested and verified the prices,then called me today.
when i got home at 3pm, i had an e-mail again ,my parts would be shipped monday.
i am greatly impressed, and wanted to pass this story along!

also, where can i find a parts list on-line?Baxter says it would help in ordering
