It is in Australia, but......

Bendigo Speedometer and Instrument Service.
John Mason
161 Queen Street.
Bendigo, Australia. 3550
Ph (03) 5442 4638
Fax (03) 5441 6326

I have had BMW, Triumph, Norton and several car instruments repaired there.
Cheap and excellent workmanship. They have no listed email. I hope that helps

Buckwheat,
Try:
Nisonger Instruments
225 Hoyt Avenue
Mamaroneck, NY 10543
Phone: 914.381.1952
Fax: 914.381.1435
info@nisonger.com

They primarilly do Smiths and British Jaeger, but might be worth a call anyways.

A Peter Bayer from Nisonger Instruments reports that they only work on Smiths units.

A bit of research located North Hollywood Speedometer, Ph 818.761.5136. I spoke with a Patrick. I might let 'em have a go at this next Winter.
