Fork diameter

As far as I know all the modular Triumphs have 43mm dia. stanchions and are interchangeable between models.
the only difference is in the internals i.e. the Daytonas and Speed Triple are adjustable for preload (not sure about rebound) whereas Trident,Trophy Sprint and Tiger are non adjustable.

They're all 43mm, sure. But are they all the same length?

The Thunderbirds and Adventurers have longer stanchions but the T300 Tridents/Sprints/Daytonas/Trophies and variants should be very similar in length. The adjustable fork stanchions and non-adjustable fork stanchions aren't interchangeable within the assembly, as in you can't mix them, but the leg assemblies will swap around. Triple clamps are another story, some are aluminum, some are steel and they have different rakes. I have a Sprint Sport or Daytona front end on my Sprint, adjustable legs, aluminum trees, steeper rake, it's all very nice on that type of bike, it should have come that way.
