New coils, but lacking power

Hey guys!

So I got my new nology coils installed on my 96 S3 and the bike hasn't stalled yet. I have a problem though. I got my bike on a Dyno and ran only 71whp and 46tq. I would think that with a dynojet kit, exhaust, and k&n filter I would be putting out much more power.

Should I go back to the shop and get my bike re-tuned? Or should I just not worry about it?
