I finished the caliper rebuild this weekend. Here are the part numbers from suzuki. These parts are from a 93 GSXR750(p).

Caliper seal, large piston: 69100-13820 (x4)
Caliper seal, small piston: 69100 13810 (x4)
Caliper seal (between the 2 halves): 69107-17c00 (x4)

total was ~$78. Triumph charges $78 for just the seals and that doesn't include the caliper seals for the halves.

I bled the clutch while I had the fluid and mityvac out (and the fluid looked like iced tea). Something to watch out for on the clutch: I took the side plate off above the clutch slave and noticed that the metal collar on the clutch line was pushed against the coolant hose. It had left an indentation in the hose. I loosened the banjo bolt slightly and moved it so that it was not pressing against the hose anymore. Not sure how it got pressed against the coolant hose in the first place.

If I were doing the brakes again, I would just get the piston rebuild kit from suzuki (~$53 each side) and then not have to deal with getting the pistons out without marking them up (e.g. lots of work careful work with an air compressor).

Next up is the rear caliper. It appears that it was used on many ATVs over the last decade or so.

Thanks for all the help!!!
