I popped a main bearing at about 73500, my fault I had it rev'd out to 11K - oops! Found a Zero mile engine, sadly is 5 speed but she's still rolling!

What is this, the Speed Triple forum now?

My Trident had 24,595 miles on the clock when I bought it in July of '05. It also had a broken speedo cable, & the mileage on the December '04 inspection sticker matched the odo. I know I put about 1000 miles on it with a broken cable as well.

Mileage is now 37,xxx miles by the gauge, but I'm guessing the bike is over 40k. I'm hoping to double or triple that, but there's always the chance that I'll be seduced by a nearly-naked 1050 triple...

Cheers,
-Kit

mine is around 30,000+ I don't know the exact milage as I had to have the guages replaced under warrantee in the first year. it should be more but have not been riding as much as I use to. that is changing though.

Kit, they're here now. There goes the neighborhood.

I just hope they can keep their hooliganism in check. I hear it's contagious.
