My Trident will need new skins soon. I would like to find something that has some stick, but has some mileage to it. I figured this board would be helpful. I will see the edges of the tread with this bike, but lack enough curves to keep the wear even, hahahah. Thanks____ Keith

I'm not sure of the trident sizing, but I put Metzlers MEZ4 on my sprint and I really love them. They are lasting quite a long time and grip really well. They are standard issue on the BMW's, so that is why I got turned onto them.

I've used Bridgestone BT020's on my 98 Sprint Sport. They really seem to suit the bike - I mainly ride solo, with the suspension set firm (I'm 95 kgs). They grip well, turn in well and so far I've got 8,500 kms (5,300 mls) on them with tread for about another 1000kms. They haven't squared off too badly either. I'll be getting another set.
