The owners manual I got with my '98 Sprint Executive came with a little supplement booklet specifically for the Sprint Sport and Sprint Executive. In this it gives the dry weight of the Executive as 218kg and maximum payload (defined as rider, passenger, luggage and accessories) as 217kg for the Executive and 181kg for the Sport. It also states that each pannier should not contain more than 6kg which I do think is a bit on the light side - I certainly put more than that in them but then the combined weight of the wife and me is substantially less that the balance allowed. The only slight difficulty is getting the bike up onto the centre stand when fully laden for touring.
