Resurrecting 96 Sprint in Connecticut

Greetings,

I am exploring a possibility to resurrect a 96 Sprint with a seized motor. It will need new rotors, cleaned carbs, and it seems like the coolant system is leaking too, along with general TLC. I am not capable of doing it myself, and I was thinking to buy an used engine somewhere and then hire someone to put it in, any tips from the internetwebs? I am in Connecticut and willing to truck it to a shop in the neighboring area.
