decided to leave this site cos i feel it doesnt really help triumph owners with problems on their bikes.

questions take ages to get a decent response if they are lucky to get 1 at all.

take care guys and hope things pick up on this site(it really needs to)

Hmmmm what a shame, I have had loads of help from the guys on here. This site rocks and is the best for advice IMO. I just wonder if you have put anything back in? :???:

I don't know, maybe its just me, but checking in to this site every now and then doesn't cost any money, uses little of one's time and the potential pay-off is substantial.

But that's just me.

Yep - hopefully you are still here andybike.

Some just love to ride, some are also mechanical experts, and others just want to natter about all-things Triumph. Often people can help out on tech knowledge or share experiences learned. Its great if someone can answer a difficult tech question and I've had great advice. But I look at this as a bonus of the site rather than an expectation that my problem will be solved. Its pretty hard to diagnose and solve problems via e-chat!

Bottom line, we are ordinary riders that love our Triumphs. The more we share our experiences, the more we and our bikes benefit.

Booo hissss... This site rocks... well it is a little stodgy, more hotties would be nice...
I remember once on the SV650 site, this girl posted her bike pics... Oh my... I think she was from California.

:-D Triumph riding gals are... should I say 'older' perhaps heavier?
But I digress... good luck and good riding... Keep the shiny side up.

Well Andy, you've been with us for less than 3 months, you've originated 10 posts, counting this one, one of the remaining 9 was a classified post, so really, 8 posts.

I looked back and every one was answered, a few were quite detailed answers. I know I answered a few. I'll admit this is a bit of a quiet forum, not a lot of Sprint 900s out there, but the related forums have a ton of useful information. If you took the time to look around you'd find a lot of our contributors are great wrenches and they write well.

I predict that if you keep your Triumph and bounce around some other sites and see what they're like....

....you'll be back.

We'll be here. Good luck.

Guys, I'm sorry he didn't find this site helpful. I'm fairly new here and have gotten quick replies to my questions. I don't yet own a Triumph but I think one is in my future and I am using this site to help me narrow down exactly which model I want and what problems to look for and how to deal with them.So...THANKS.
