Need Help finding a link

My shifter bushing needs replacing and I'd like to do something with the shift linkage to make it a little steadier. Somewhere back there was a post with a link to someone's page that had info on re-working the gear shift linkage and replacing the ball joints that have all the slop in them. Anyone got that link? I've spent about an hour searching and can't seem to find it. If I recall the fellow had a sprint and had done several modifications to it. Also, I think that Kit had some discussion regarding sourcing of the needed parts, so if anyone has that thread link I would appreciate it as well. Cheers to all and enjoy the warming weather!

Think this is what you mean

can't remember the thread sorry, although annoyingly I do remember reading it! I also have the rod end bearings after a swap for some brake pins, but mine isn't playing up enough to escalate it up my joblist!

That's It!

many thanks. Maybe Kit will remember the discussion and post something. Since I need to tackle the bush I figured I would try the rod end bearings at the same time.
